3. No Verification Disclaimer

Welding.City does not verify any of the following for any listed business:

• AWS, CWI, or any other welding certifications
• State contractor licenses or business licenses
• Insurance coverage or bonding
• Business address or physical location
• Years of experience or any other claimed qualifications

All information displayed in a listing is provided by the advertiser and published as-is. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any listing content.

4. Advertiser Responsibilities

Businesses purchasing advertising on welding.city agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information in their listing
• Not claim certifications, licenses, or credentials they do not hold

• Not submit listings for businesses engaged in illegal activity

We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time, without refund, if we determine it contains false information or violates these terms.

7. Advertising Fees & Refunds

All advertising fees are paid in advance for a fixed listing period. Fees are non-refundable once a listing has been reviewed and published. If a listing is rejected prior to publication, a full refund will be issued. We do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellations.

8. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and original content of welding.city are the property of Welding.City and are protected by copyright law. Business names, logos, and descriptions submitted by advertisers remain the property of the respective businesses. By submitting a listing, the advertiser grants Welding.City a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of last revision is shown below.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be resolved under applicable U.S. law.
